Initiation Bottle Release
Initiation, our first barrel-aged offering, will be available to the public to-go from the bar at business open. Limit is 3 per person per day. 500ml Bottle / $25 each.
Initiation (12.4%) is a Russian imperial stout that aged for 19 months in Buffalo Trace and Willett bourbon barrels which were then blended 50/50 for the final bottling. This is a one-time offering that will not be released again!
