Q: What time period does the membership include?

A: From January 1st to December 31st. If you purchase your membership before January 1, 2026, the 10% membership discount for draft pours and merch start from the date of your signup. The earlier you sign up, the more you can save.

Q: I just purchased the membership, what do I do now?

A: Nothing! The enrollment period is through the end of the year or until maximum membership is reached. Once the enrollment period ends, we will email everyone with more details, a questionnaire of likes/dislikes, and other information. We want to tailor the membership offerings to what our members want, so the questionnaire will help with that.

Q: Does the membership program include discounts on food?

A: No, the membership discount only applies to draft pours, to go beer, and merch.

Q: What beers are included in the member only 4-packs?

A: They will include 2 different IPAs, a stout, and a sour. The membership includes your choice of four 4pks. If you want to substitute an extra sour 4pk instead of the stout, you can do that. We will request you reserve the 4pks when asked so we can attempt to make sure we have enough canned for everyone.

Q: Are proxies allowed?

A: Yes. When purchasing or claiming bottles you will be able to name a proxy. Please email us to let us know who you have designated as a proxy. If things change, you can email us and we can update it.

Q: Are BA sours and meads part of the included/prepaid bottles?

A: No, the included bottles are BA stouts and a Barleywine; however, all limited release offerings, including sours and meads, will be offered to the members before a public release.

Q. What are the included events?

A: The events will include a Member’s Welcome Party and Q&A Session with the Head Brewer, a Member’s Brew Day Experience with the Head Brewer, a Member’s Bottle Share, and a Member’s Barrel Tasting Experience. All events will be catered and we request members RSVP for the event they plan on attending.

Q: Will the member events include a plus one?

A: Member’s are welcome to bring a plus one to all events with the exception of the Member’s Brew Day Experience (due to space restraints in the brew house). We ask that members RSVP for their plus one by purchasing a “Plus One'“ ticket in their member’s store to cover the cost of extra food.

Q: How long will you hold bottles for pickup?

A: 3-4 weeks - if longer is needed, please reach out to us by email or designate a proxy for pickup

Q: Are memberships transferable?

A: You may purchase a membership for someone else, but once the Membership Year has started, memberships are not transferable.
