Chef Ben has put together another incredible four-course meal celebrating seasonal produce, each paired with a Bluewood beer!
Our evening will start with a welcome drink and appetizers. The first course is a refreshing melon salad with arugula, basil, mirin, and cucumber finished with a country ham vinaigrette, followed by the second course of a smoked shrimp tartan with avocado, pickled grapes, apple, fennel, and herbs on sourdough.
The third course is pressed pork belly with peach nouc cham, late summer vegetables, Korean bbq, and Jasmine rice. Finishing off our evening, the fourth course is a chocolate mousse with balsamic strawberries, candied nuts, and whipped cream.
