Flexing his culinary skills, Chef Ben has put together a mouth-water menu to pair with four Bluewood beers:

• Eggplant Caponata with whipped ricotta, arugula, honey, and toasted sourdough

• Fried Catfish with grits, red eye gravy, and greens

• Smoked pork brisket with fresh herb Chimmichri and spring succotash

• Blackberry Cobbler with a vanilla crème anglaise

A guided tasting of beer pairings for each course will be included. Must be 21+ to attend.
