Eggplant Caponata with whipped ricotta, arugula, honey, and toasted sourdough
Fried Catfish with grits, red eye gravy, and greens
Smoked pork brisket with fresh herb Chimmichri and spring succotash
Blackberry Cobbler with a vanilla crème anglaise
